There's some interesting (if basic) analysis at 538 suggesting that the 
results of the survey were fake anyway:

It looks relatively convincing to me, so good news! Oklahoma students 
aren't in quite that bad shape.

But at the very least it seems quite fishy that none of the 1000 
students were able to get more than 7 out of the 10 questions right.
